Most benefit plans base the amount of Life and/ or Disability insurance provided to insured employees on current salaries/earnings of the employee. As the end of the year approaches don’t forget to ensure that your insured employee salary/earnings information is current and up to date. Failure to do this could have serious impact on your employees should they become disabled.
